sky wall to wall wifi guarantee

I live in a detached bungalow with internal concrete walls, I can only get wifi, currently with BT, using booster/extender discs in 2 of the bedrooms. I have just ordered a new sky package with guaranteed wifi in every room. I don't think sky's wifi 7 will extend to those bedrooms without extenders. Sky say I will have to pay an extra £4.00 per month for this. I want them to send extenders with the new package as I'm sure it wont work, they are not prepared to do this. Any ideas folks?

What does the guarantee actually guarantee ? Is there a caveat that it's guaranteed as long as you pay for extenders as part of the deal?

One idea might be to read the guarantee, as @soolin suggests.

    Here it is:
    https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee

They want you to set their new system up first following their instructions without any boosters, discs, etc.

If you don't get at least 3Mb/s in every room following their troubleshooting you must contact their 'experts' who will try to sort the system out for you.

The guarantee is that if you have been connected for at least 14 days and you still don't get 3Mb/s after doing everything recommended by their experts, they will credit you for one month's broadband subscription.

It sounds like they hope that for most normal houses their new router will penetrate adequately so they don't want to be sending out extenders unnecessarily, which seems reasonable.

I read the guarantee details before ordering, knowing there will be an issue. Wifi 6 cannot cope with several concrete walls [ reading other reports] which is why BT supplied discs. It appears I cannot save my self the agro of going through the motions of 14 days wait, getting engineers and phone tech involved. The point of all this is, I just want a working wifi from the start. I will wait and see what happens, it's due to start on the 29th Sept.
