Lebara 90 days of inactivity
I don't use the phone so much, and could possibly go 90 days without making a call/sms/data
Do Lebara notify before they take the credit balance?
I know they sent me an email telling me about the 90 day thing, but that was only about a month after the last chargeable activity and didnt actually say when the 90 days would expire, and the gave me a free 7 Day, 1000uk mins (not much use to me)
Anyone know if they actually send you a message saying something like 'if you dont make a call etc, before a certain date you will loose any credit balance'

Also, i dont understand this statement in the terms (refunds)
18.2 If your Account is in credit, you are entitled to a refund of any money which has been paid into your Account. Any such refund is available at your request within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the last Chargeable Activity.
Sure there wouldnt be any credit at 180 days if they removed it after 90 days?0 -
Say there is £10 credit on your account. If you don't make a chargeable activity within 90days of the last activity they will close that account and remove the credit. If you contact them within the next 90days they'll pay you the value of the credit they removed.1

Do they just send out these messages randomly.
I used the phone yesterday to make a call, but today i receive this email.
The email tends to suggest that after 90 days inactivity I wont be able to receive calls/text, which i would think means sim disconnected?0 -
Yes they notify but just send an SMS and it will stay activeRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.1
