    Sign a white piece of paper in black ink, scan it or take a picture, add that to your docx document, then save as a pdf when complete

    Ensure that you are quoting the correct trade body, depending on the claimants affiliations, so ECP are BPA AOS members

    There are some recent WS on here that cite the wrong trade body, so fact check your WS before submitting it, attention to detail is crucial

    Just received a notice of discontinuance. thanks for all your help. Please refer this thread for anyone else who had informed of driver's details but the scammers pursued the wrong defendant.

    I'll be reporting them to the ICO for data misuse.
