Should it arrive by email?Gr1pr said:As long as it takes, or it can be lost in the post, so keep checking your MCOL claim history online, we can't tell you, but it can and will tell you0 -
In the post but, if you check your status on MCOL, you can see when it was sent and then download an electronic version, complete that and return it by email.2

Definitely not, the CNBC do the outgoing paperwork by post ( I would have mentioned email if it was an option, but I deliberately mentioned the word posted, not emailed )Humanoid85 said:

So by post, but you don't need that paperwork, because you download it, fill it in and email it2 -
When I log in to MCOL, when I then type in the claim number and password given on the claim pack, the website says it's invalid. I've tried different ways of typing the password, but it doesn't work. Is there an email address I can use to contact customer support to get them to fix the problem? I can download the DQ instead from another source, but need to know if it is the N180 form?0

There are all the email addresses you require in the template defence thread. The DQ is the N1801

Just spoke to mediation. The mediator said that DCB Legal say that the defendant had 14 days to transfer liability from Keeper to Driver from the issuance of the PCN. The only 14 day rule I can see in POFA 2012, is that the PCN issuer has 14 days to deliver the PCN to the Keeper in order for the Keeper to be liable, but it is not a time limit on the Keeper to provide the Driver's details. POFA 2012 clearly states that they can only enforce the charge on the Keeper if they do not have the Driver's details up to the point the begin proceedings (start of claim).

The mediator is overstepping his/her role, which should purely be about negotiating a financial settlement.

They deliberately misled the Court Mediator. The above is a lie and you are correct.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's what I think. Hardly surprising though.
