Another vote for your local independent pharmacy if you are lucky enough to have one.
They seem to be one of the High st businesses that have survived better than most.
Although I guess you still need to live in a reasonably populated area.
Not according to most, 4 pharmacies are closing down every week in England with more than 700 closed in 2022-2024.

When I was younger and taking higher dosages of my medicines our pharmacy even asked us to stop using them as they were struggling with cashflow with the gap between them buying it from their suppliers and being reimbursed by the NHS.
Yes there are less than they used to be, but I always used to wonder how they all survived, as they seemed to be everywhere.
Where I live, the High St has about 50 retail units and at one time four were pharmacies ( now only two)
Plus there are many dotted around in small parades of shops on the outskirts.
A lot easier to find one than a bank branch anyway !

I've found Pharmacy2U absolutely 1st class - yesterdays delivery was ordered the weekend before.  They advise if anything is out of stock.

Local branch of Boots was dire -  now closed down.
We used Pharmacy2U when we were living on a farm on Dartmoor.  They were. Dreadful.  My meds started off in Exeter, they then went to Bude, then back to Exeter then finally arrived at the farm.  My husband had a worse experience.  When he opened his pack of meds he was horrified to find they belonged to someone else at an address in Birmingham 🙀

He phoned Pharmacy2U and eventually got through to them.  When he explained what happened there was an eerie silence on the phone.  They said that never happens, he must be mistaken.  He said he’d able to read since he was 5, he was 71 at the time.  They eventually sorted it out.  Fortunately he had ordered them well in advance.

A local pharmacy started delivering them direct to the farm for the next lot

I’m not going to tell people not to use them, I only want people to know no matter how good reviews are they can make mistakes.  It was a good thing mine weren’t sent to the wrong address as they contained opiates.
