  • got my confirmation today. 27th jume 3 nights to silverdliff was only park i had put. extra £27 and choice to upgrade. so i phoned to upgrade but told we have been allocated one of the best apartments. so im delighted woo hoo:beer: :j :j

    Not if you get a "special" priority letter. You get these if you apply for a sun hol, send off your tokens etc, but you don't get ANY of your choices, they sand you one of these letters for the next time so you don't need to collect any tokens - just send your letter in with cheque , choices etc.
  • Be careful when upgrading. I had paid my £39 for 4 days in Berwick. Rang Haven and asked how much to upgrade to gold. It was £150 so paid it. Checked the Haven website 10 mins later and found the price of the whole holiday was £150. I had just paid £39 + £150 = £189 so was a bit unhappy. Rang them back but the upgrade prices are set whereas the web prices can have up tp a 50% discount. so cancelled the upgrade and booked the £150 on line price so now I have a gold caravan for me and the kids and a basic one for the wife and mother-in-law, Everyones a winner!!
  • Cheque cashed on Monday but no confirmation yet. Is there a way of finding out where Im going rather than waiting for postal confirmation.

    has anyone recived dates 26th may for 4 nights £9.50
    just wondering as when putting them dates in on there web site the cheapest price is £343 for 4 nights 2 adults and 2 childern
    so wondered if they will give those dates for that price £9.50 ??
    as they are the dates i asked for .

    Does anyone know if 'Sun Holidays' can be changed?
    We were having someone help us out and drive us there...but due to health reasons he can no longer drive.
    This leaves us in a very horrid situation as i cannot go by train (severe fear:o ) and there are no coaches or buses that go near there..

    Is there anything i can do? would they have any alternatives in reserve?
    I am clinging on to some hope that we wont be wasting this holiday:rolleyes:

Further, no refunds whatsoever can be made in the event of cancellation by you after the holiday confirmation has been issued to you in accordance with your application, unless the reason for cancellation is the fault of the park or operator"
