the year I used someone else's I hadn't had a priority form (even though I had booked a holiday, but I got one the year after that. I don't think booking a hol is a guarantee of getting a priority form as Sun customer services have said that forms are sent out at random selected by a computer. I know someone who got a priority form when she hadn't booked a holiday for 2 years. I have had at least 1 hol every year and twice haven't been sent a form.

hmmm ... i wonder if letting other people use your booking form means you will never get a booking form again?

have already booked mine, had a spare which someone else on here has already successfully used. Now my mum has a spare (as she is coming with us!!)
