Does anyone know a no win no fee company that definitely handles claims against this airline?

I logged a claim with them years ago but haven't heard anything since. Maybe others have more luck with these guys than I did

And also which Norse Atlantic operating airline? They have both Norwegian and UK Airlines.eskbanker said:

Norse Atlantic uk. As for the regulations I’m not sure, the flight was Gatwick to Orlando.0

UK Airline operating out of the UK will be subject to EC261 as adopted into UK Law ("UK261")Captainfearless said:Norse Atlantic uk. As for the regulations I’m not sure, the flight was Gatwick to Orlando.
Is there a reason you want to use a NWNF Firm and give up a third (or more) of your potential compensation?
You could start a small claims court case given it's all within the UK. Or if you don't want to do that yet, you can complain to the CAA PACT team, as Norse are not part of an ADR scheme. https://www.caa.co.uk/passengers-and-public/resolving-travel-problems/how-the-caa-can-help/how-the-caa-can-help/ (Note that the CAA don't have powers to force the airline to pay, they'll only make an opinion on your case)0 -
Have been through the caa already and they agreed that Norse were liable but they refused to pay. Don’t want the the hassle of small claims court just thought something better than nothing.0

It's not that much hassle to go to small claims, but the problem can be that a judgement in your favour does not get you the money. It may require further action and involve bailiffs. On the other hand just opening a case may trigger a settlement.Captainfearless said:Have been through the caa already and they agreed that Norse were liable but they refused to pay. I'm in the same boat as you. My Norse flight was 3hr 15min late. They issued me with a letter inviting me to claim compensation. 3 claims have been submitted, last one through Resolver, absolutely nothing back other than auto generated generic 'we are very busy' replies.
I'm now thinking paying a NWNF company 50% of my claim, something is better than getting nothing.0 -
Did you end up being 3h15m late on your actual ARRIVAL time?Ellie12 said:I'm in the same boat as you. My Norse flight was 3hr 15min late.
