Landowner complaint dcbl/smart
trebletwo
Hi all I'll keep this a brief as possible. I've got a loc from dcbl/smart and I've emailed with standard newbies thread response.
The community centre I've complained to has come back and said: "Unfortunately, this company is no longer in charge of the car park and therefore we are unable to intervene on your behalf."
Is this the end of it or they just can't be bothered? Should I push further?

OK, easy to defend using recent defence examples if or when they issue a claim form via Money Claim , MCOL
Smart Parking never complied with POFA 2012 until this year, no keeper liability, but possibly driver liability, if revealed2
