Landowner complaint dcbl/smart

Hi all I'll keep this a brief as possible. I've got a loc from dcbl/smart and I've emailed with standard newbies thread response.

The community centre I've complained to has come back and said: "Unfortunately, this company is no longer in charge of the car park and therefore we are unable to intervene on your behalf."

Is this the end of it or they just can't be bothered? Should I push further?

OK, easy to defend using recent defence examples if or when they issue a claim form via Money Claim  , MCOL

Smart Parking never complied with POFA 2012 until this year,  no keeper liability,  but possibly driver liability,  if revealed
  • Court claim has arrived now. I'll start drafting the defence from the other smart parking cases after doing the AoS.

With an issue date of 20/11/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 25/11/25 and before 09/12/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 23/12/25
Look for the standard Smart Parking defence; search the forum or @Coupon-mad has posted lots of links in this thread (you need to scroll down to find the defences): -
