easyJet are introducing Flex Pass at a charge of £10 at the time of booking. It allows a change to flights without incurring a fee. The facility doesn’t seem to be available yet but details are here:

Probably worth pointing out that the Flex Pass waves the change fee once, and that the fare difference still needs to be paid. If the new fare is cheaper, they won't refund the difference.2
