Hi everyone ! I received a CCJ claim form for parking of a vehicle I do not own and have not driven. In fact I do not even know which vehicle it was.

Since it was a legal notice, I submitted the AOS. I took a lot of time to prepare a defence but when I tried to submit it online via MCOL, I could not log in using the Claim number and password provided in the pack. Furthermore, on checking the claims history, I could not find that claim at all on MCOL website.
Does that mean, claimant has removed the claim from the court ?

If yes, can I press charges against them for stress and wasting my time ?
The claimant were UK Parking Control via DCB Legal.
Update - a new tactic was suggested of offering £1 to settle the CCJ within the first month and that was accepted because the CCJ was wrongful: this wasn't the OP's car

CCJ removed without an application or fee.

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

There is more than one way to skin a cat in rare cases like this. DCB would've been clobbered for costs otherwise and they knew it! This was a win because it removed the pain for the OP and sorted it immediately.
