Lebara MSE deal renewal after discount period

Hi,
I'm 9 months in with a Lebara SIM on a MSE deal which was discounted for 7 months, and I have now paid 2 months at full rate (£9.90).
I recently logged in to my Lebara account intending to cancel the contract and was surprised to see this on the dashboard:

This tallies with the deal being offered by MSE at the same time I checked (£1.20 for 8 months) - it might have changed already as I'm unable to find it now and is still a MSE deal currently.
As said, this is 9 months into the contract - I logged in to the Lebara site, it asked for my mobile number which I duly entered and then I get the above, and an email saying the SIM has successfully been attached to the account.
I had been minded to cancel the contract.  It's a 2nd phone and I hardly use a tiny fraction of the allowance, but I'm happy to continue at £1.20 / month.
It seems a hiccup with either Lebara's accounting system or their web interface.
Has anyone seen this before and any ideas what I'm likely to be charged?

I'm new to Lebara but whenever i log into my account (either through the App or laptop) the first thing that appears after you have provided your email and password is your home page / dashboard which shows your existing plan details along with your mobile phone number. I have never been asked to provide my mobile number to login (email and password YES but not mobile number).

Have you unknowingly just changed your existing plan? (However that can't be the case, as you do not need to provide your mobile number again—since the change happens within your existing account which already has your existing number).

Did Lebara physically charge and take £9.90 in month 8 and 9 and have they also now taken £1.20 aswell?   (if they have taken £1.20 i suspect you have changed your plan)

EDIT: apparently you can login using your mobile number.
Hopefully someone can confirm how Lebara do things or better still you might want to call them to discuss
I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!

    Hi,
To clarify, Lebara have taken 7 x £0.69, and 2 x £9.90, consistent with the original deal.
After logging in recently (using email address & password) it asked for my phone number.
I then received an email "Notification on successful number attachment".
The next payment, whatever it may be, is due in a few days.

I think there may be a glitch in their systems.  I have been on the 15gb deal at £6.99 for a while.  However both the app and website show that I have been on a 20gb deal since March.  The app shows the cost as £1.49 per month, the website shows it as £6.99 per month.  They have been charging the usual £6.99 per month.  But despite indicating that I am now on a 20gb deal, both the app and website currently show that I have 14.92gb of my 15gb allowance remaining.

Looks like Lebara were updating plans. I have now had an email confirming an upgrade from 15gb to 20gb at no extra cost.

In the name of science I'm tempted to allow it renew another month.  And let's see if Lebara continue with the full rate on my now expired deal, or as per the new discount shown in my dashboard (above) which coincidently matches the latest MSE offer (below):
However... :) I'm fine with changing phone number (it's an emergency spare), so I could just cancel the current SIM and order the above deal to replace it, which seems a waste but safer option.
Are there any issues with doing that, as an existing customer?  Say if I use a new email address?
