Did you contact T212 yourself to see what they say?Purpleheart said:
I am transferring the proper way, all correct forms filled in however letters from the building society telling me they are waiting on T212.clairec666 said:
The recently updated rules on flexible ISAs mean that you can withdraw this year's subscriptions and deposit them into a different ISA in the same tax year (previously you had to re-deposit in the same ISA).Purpleheart said:I'm supposedly in the process of transferring my T212 ISA to a building society. I've had a letter saying it is going ahead but it's been about 5 weeks now and nothing has happened.
However I've decided in retrospect that I may have made a mistake as T212 being a flexible ISA probably suits me better currently so I'm not going to worry about it.
Might be useful if you're having trouble transferring out. But only applicable for this year's ISA deposits. Previous years will have to be transferred the "proper" way.
I'm not going to stress about it and was just posting my experience.
I know they are hard to contact, but the do usually respond to email in 24hs
Just i had an issue a few months back transferring T212 to Vida. Vida was saying they were waiting for T212 to respond, T212 were saying they never received any transfer request. Turned out Vida were sending the request to an incorrect T212 email.

I’ve recently transferred T212 to paragon. Had to do paper form, but Paragon allows scanned form by email. Transfer took about 5 days to complete.msnatalie said:I'm at my wits end with Trading212, desperately trying to find a way to transfer my cash isa with them to another provider but seems most banks don't want to touch it. Have spoken with Coventry, Cynergy, Kent reliance, Monument and none will let me transfer in the cash isa from trading212.
I asked trading212 if they have a list of providers that would allow the transfer as I don't have time to go though every single bank trying to open an isa just to find they wont allow it, but of course trading212 fobbed me off and said there is no list and that 'most banks would'. They are truly so awful I wish mse would stop recommending them. It's taken weeks just to be able to access my account as their ai system didnt recognise me so had to wait for 5 weeks worth of emails and finally a human to verify my selfie and my passport match.
So please, does anyone know what banks or providers will accept a trading212 isa transfer? Or do I really need to just withdraw the entire balance and start from scratch? It's an isa ive been building up for the last 3 years so would be sad to have to take it all out instead of transferring.1 -
Really? I filled in the transfer request form with Coventry to do a partial transfer from a Trading212 ISA - putting my T212 customer number in the roll number box, and leaving the account number and sort code blank. Coventry sent me a paper form to sign (which took over a week to arrive). 2 days after I posted that back I had an email from T212 asking me to sign a form (in the app) to confirm. I did that. The funds left my T212 account on the Friday, and were in my Coventry ISA by the Monday evening.msnatalie said:Have spoken with Coventry
Maybe someone at Coventry thought you were asking about transferring a S&S ISA into a Cash ISA?0 -
Anyone managed to transfer a cash ISA from Trading 212 to Moneybox?0

I am trying to transfer my cash but they left £20k in the account. I am using a FA and I have had to sign the forms twice. Still waiting.1

Chip told me yesterday they did NOT currently take transfers in from Trading 212. Have you managed to do it?zombie404 said:Chip takes Trading 2120 -
I think Chip used to allow T212 transfers but seem to have stopped this as their help page no-longer lists T212 as an accepted provider. See Which cash ISA providers do you accept transfers from? | Chip Help Centresparky4212 said:

If you're trying to complete this you will need an intermediate provider (i.e. a provider on Chip's list that would accept a transfer from T212).1 -
Could anyone advise on what address they used for Trading 212 on a transfer out application form? Im transferring to Skipton and I need a Trading 212 address?!0
