So similar to the RANGE case I linked earlier , but that was a food outlet instead of parcel lockers 

Follow the same advice as in the link, because the site management company should get the pcn cancelled and get the Parking Eye signs changed to allow fir parcel pickups or dropouts, say 20 or 30 minutes for example 

Inpost says 24/7, but the Parking Eye signs are forbidding outside of the hours, no contract offered

The landowner needs to sort this out. Complain and if need be, also get this in the local press.

Why have they let ParkingEye change the terms to 'no parking' where there is a 24 hour parcel locker? Madness and greed. ParkingEye will have to change the terms again.

Also appeal BUT EXHAUST COMPLAINTS FIRST.
