LYCA mobile contract cancellation within cooling off period

Hello all. Newbie here and joined as Lyca Mobile is driving me nuts. I have a 24 month contract with them purchased online and am trying to cancel it within the 14 day window as reception is RUBBISH, I can barely hear anyone and if you need the phone in an emergency it would be useless.  I emailed them on the address on their web page but NO reply and the number on their website (0207 132 0322) doesn't work. Anyone had the same issue? What to do? Thank you.

Have you tried things listed above?

Is this SIM replacing one that was in the phone before with another provider?

Do you have poor reception no matter where you are?

I have recently had this exact issue. They are trying to tell me it was outside the 14 days when I initially contacted them which it wasn't. The mobile signal for calls is absolutely terrible everywhere I go. I am trying to cancel and getting no where

Those are the terms for a SIM only pay as you go deal and not for a 24 month contract.
