LYCA mobile contract cancellation within cooling off period

Hello all. Newbie here and joined as Lyca Mobile is driving me nuts. I have a 24 month contract with them purchased online and am trying to cancel it within the 14 day window as reception is RUBBISH, I can barely hear anyone and if you need the phone in an emergency it would be useless.  I emailed them on the address on their web page but NO reply and the number on their website (0207 132 0322) doesn't work. Anyone had the same issue? What to do? Thank you.
