How to find a past Plusnet deal March 2025

Can anyone tell me how to find a past Plusnet deal for new customers? I am in the middle of a complaint with Plusnet after not receiving my reward card and the lady I am dealing with has asked how much the reward card was for (as if they don't know ) I have tried the archives but every time I try the links leading to broadband deals, it brings me to the current ones. I signed up for the Fibre 500 deal which ended on the 10/03/25 and had a reward card for around the £100.

Here's an archive of plusnet's main broadband page from mid February - https://web.archive.org/web/20250217205811/https://www.plus.net/broadband/ - it mentions a £110 reward card.

Thanks very much. That is very helpfull.  I know they can look it up themselves in their own system but they won't.

Unless you currently work for Plusnet , how can you possibly know this ?
