You need to post the Particulars of Claim redact as shown in linked post or cover reg no with slither of paper
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/81577279/#Comment_81577279

Also give the issue date (top Rt side)

As others said this isn't a letter of claim, that stage has past. It's an actual Claim Form, see the NEWBIES thread
Post 2 Small Claim the section that starts
So, where to start dealing with a claim?

So its a Claim form from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL,  definitely NOT a Letter of Claim,  but an actual Money Claim

Euro Parking Services Ltd via Gladstones Solicitors

Issue date is 2nd September,  so login to MCOL via your new government gateway account and complete the AOS online on MCOL,  following the AOS stage shown in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  it's near the top of the forum,  so go to this forum and look above your thread , looking for the title with the word NEWBIES,  click on it,  see the 2nd post

No actual breach is pleaded so use the defence template and include Chan and Akande,  same as all the other recent Gladstones claims

Please edit the thread title to something more suitable like

Euro Parking Services Ltd via Gladstones Solicitors claim 2025

Announcement threads are at the top of page 1 above lists of posts. Scroll up to top of page, above red MSE Links - click on Parking tickets, fines & parking in the white box. There's one near the bottom of page too.

There is no struggle to find the NEWBIES thread or the Template Defence thread. They are both on page one, clearly pinned & marked as 'Announcement' at the top.

Did you miss my signature telling you where to click? Look:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
