Letter of claim

I got the “someone is claiming money from you” letter and i have to fill out otherwise they could ccj me

    Who sent you the letter? Is it an actual Claim Form from CNBC?

    I think you are saying that you have had a Letter before claim. The sort that comes with a standard form and 30-day reply time.

    I would suggest that the Letter Before Claim stage was the other thread and the OP now has an N1SDT court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL 

    This thread needs merging with the earlier thread

    Not related, its a actual claim saying i owe money to someome. I have some time to fill it in or i could get a ccj

    This was from Gladstone solicitors trying to get hold of me.

    The letter of claim was over month ago in your previous thread, you were given advice on what to do in the previous thread, no need for more than one thread unless they are different cases

    it's not showing. You can show photos by using the portrait icon above the reply box.

    Just use the Template Defence. Easy!

    There's a special one linked in that thread for Gladstones claims. Copy & paste.

    And please edit your thread title because you aren't at Letter of Claim stage.
