UKCPS NtK No Stopping Charge- Leeds Station

PureVessel
Hi all,
Starting a new thread for the below parking fine that I've received through the post from UKCPS. I drove through Leeds station car park (it's kind of cirlce route to go in then out again) and stopped for approximately 2 minutes to pick-up somebody who got off the train.
The picture (which I've removed in case can be tracked to this case) is literally just my car with somebody opening the door to get in- there is no signage in the photo.
I have appealed online (yes I read the newbies thread- I thought I may as well anyway copy and paste the blue text for the sake of delaying) as vehicle keeper and not driver. Will wait for them to reject and follow the next steps afterwards which I assume is appeal to POPLA (idk if that's even an option?) or just straight up ignore all letters.
Thanks for the advice.

Scam, innit? Ignore them or try the joke of the appeals stages including the laughable kangaroo court the IAS. I'm collecting their apparently bent results as evidence for the government to kill the IAS off:

We need more IAS outcomes.
Ignore UKCPS after losing at the IAS. It would be an easy case to see off, if ever they try a small claim. No worries.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They can only recover from the driver as they have admitted but don't know who it is, what ever they say or their scummy ATA says, they cannot assume who it is with no evidence, as C-M says it's a scam.2

Hundreds of millions have been spent on Leeds station over the last 20 years. It is still an absolute joke for vehicle management. Private vehicles picking passengers up from a railway station? How dare they! Lets scam them.
As it is railway property, subject to byelaws it would need a court case for the scammers to get their money from 'the driver'.2 -

That won't happen even if the PPC could take them to court they wouldn't get the proceeds in a byelaw case.2 -
These are nice cash cows for UKCPS and not seen one to go to court yet. If they lost that would jeopardise their no stopping piggy banks.
I've run out of animal based phrases now.3 -
There was another recent Leeds station case on here, where they were advised to read the similar Piccadilly Station , Gateway House cases in Manchester
