Trading 212

Hi.

I took the advice on this website and used Trading 212 to set up a new cash ISA. I followed the instructions on the app, set up a new payee with my bank using the instructions given and deposited an amount of money from my account into the Trading 212 ISA. I received an email confirming the identity verification was confirmed. A second email confirming a new payment method had been added. A third email from Trading 212 saying "mismatch between your bank account and Trading 212 account". After conversations with my bank it appears that Bank of Ireland UK use a Lloyds bank account as a "transfer" account. Trading 212 will only accept deposits from a bank account under your personal name. Anyone any ideas round this?

This is probably too obvious, but any reason you cannot open an account with a different bank under your own name?
