All the advantages I signed up for have gone (cash only account). GONE! Saturday opening. GONE! Replacement card 'there and then' in branch. GONE! Change deposit counting machine thingy Any reason I should stay with them at all? I'm struggling to find any.

Well, Nationwide got an actual bank (they're not a bank), with a literal licence to print money.
