Yes it is a Penalty notice. Not quite sure what that has to do with my concern?James_Poisson said:hakzz said:
Nothing looks out of place and all points made are correct. I just don’t know what to respond with that’s my issue1505grandad said:As above - check that any photos they exhibit are date and time stamped relative to the parking event.
I thought you aid this is a "penalty notice" if they are still claiming this that for one isn't "correct" is it?0 -
So it times out after 6 months. Game over. Forget about it.hakzz said:

I thought you aid this is a "penalty notice" if they are still claiming this that for one isn't "correct" is it?If they are quoting it as a penalty notice in their POPLA submission then that is a response you can debunk as they are confirming it is non relevant land for a start. If they are now claiming it is a Parking Charge Notice and not a Penalty Notice then they have changed their claim from what you received to what they are telling POPLA.You can ignore it all if you like let POPLA agree with APCOA then ignore everything, if they are still claiming it's a Penalty notice it times out after six months as Chirpy says above, stop worrying it's APCOA they don't do anything but send confusing silly letters.5 -
You need to stop worrying about this. Even if you just ignore everything they keep sending you, nothing, I repeat, NOTHING, is going to happen to you.
Ot cannot be pursued as a debt in the county court and it cannot be prosecuted as a criminal offence in the magistrates court.
Nothing, nada is going to happen.6 -
Thank you all 😁😁😁1

But you haven't told us if APCOA actually provided the landowner authority with the words that your appeal said they lacked...surely that's the first thing you looked at in their evidence pack?hakzz said:Thank you all 😁😁😁PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
