    Yes, although it's not really independent,  it's a kangaroo court, so dont bother

    If you ignore the IAS appeal stage then you will/may receive debt collector letters and letter before/of claim and eventually a N1SDT claim form.  Just sit tight for now.

    WHEN they reject the appeal please post the joke decision in my IAS decisions thread.

    Then ignore Alliance. The driver should never have parked there. Nobody in the know uses their sites.
