that way more people will chose online instead
The biggest advantage of online (for me) is I check mine daily. Waiting a month for it to drop through the door is too long.I mean most statements are printed on cheap paper & ink to save on cost!In the late 90s/early 2000s the statements they were printed on glossy paper with fine ink (fine printing settings)
some people will still need paper statements, so the banks will still have to have some printing facilities
the good thing about online is it take 24/48 hours to arrive online instead of post that takes 7-8 days0 -

So either the executors apply for the bank statements when they need them or you just get them and save them up for your executor0 -

My online statements are available instantly, with transactions added pretty much in real time.3 -
My monthly statements are available online 1-2 days after they are produced
but do you think banks will go completely paperless?0 -

My online statements are available instantly, with transactions added pretty much in real time. Are they actual statements, or just a list of transactions and balances?I can see my transactions in real time, but monthly or annually the banks put a pdf replicating a paper statement (Bank logo, addresses, all that blurb on the back) in 'My documents', and send me an email to say so.

I check all my transactions daily (I use YNAB) which pretty much negates the need for a montly statement, whether it be on paper, online or any other method

I knew that what I meant was bank would still have to use a company to outsource it’s printing but would be allot smaller if most people use online statements
