Trading 212?

I’m about to transfer my ISA from HSBC to Trade 212. Has anyone any experience with it and is it genuine and ok?

Trading 212 are fine, the app has a lot of extra information and navigating those extras is a bit of an experience.

If it's a cash ISA then do check what rate you get for a transfer-in, it may not be the rate with a bonus.
  • Moneyfactscompare states that Trading 212 does not accept transfers in.

My guess would be that you're looking at the promo rate issue, which doesn't. The non promo rate version does.

The thing to note is they're a trading platform. They hope, that by offering a standard Cash ISA, that some of the  savings customers will try their trading options. So you will find both the app and their communications will promote their trading products.
