    Fair enough,  but ECP monitored filling stations have a time limit on site, typically 15 minutes,  so your case is about that, not waiting for a passenger that is down the street at an unrelated location

    Probably,  but not based on the reasons so far,  so study other recent 2025 ECP Dcb legal cases, especially any MFG cases,   there are plenty of overstay cases on here
