Hi, very grateful for the info already provided in the forum and have reached the defence stage via MCOL. Not exactly sure what type of template to use for the received particulars. Any help would be much appreciated as I need to submit before 6th September.

Stick to the template defence in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad
Look at a dozen recent ECP DCB LEGAL cases, see what they wrote
I hope that you have completed your AOS stage on mcol ?
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form2 -
Any idea why you would be parked "too long" in what I assume is a petrol station? I know it's hard to remember half a bloody decade ago.
You need to hide your reg number too.

Was waiting for my wife who was in a heart clinic. Have re-created the post with reg hidden but can't delete this one. Any ideas how I can remove? Thanks Gr1pr and Car19800

Everyone with a DCB Legal claim just uses the Template Defence.
Start by reading post 2 of the NEWBIES thread (the section AFTER the LBC response, as you are past that).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Yep, but unconnected as far as the case, meaning that the driver wasn't on the health centre site, but fly parking at a nearby filling station. Parking would have been closer on the nearby streets
Please delete the unredacted picture at the top of the thread1 -
unfortunately there was no parking on the neighbouring streets. Also bought something from the petrol station.0
