I have found that if you are seeking to transfer in more than one ISA, there will be a space on the transfer request with the new provider - either at the start or after completing the details of the 1st one to be transferred in - to put in details of second and subsequent ISAs to be transferred in

It depends on the provider. Some take multiple transfer requests at the same time, others will only handle one at a time and you'd have to do them consecutively - which may or may not be possible to achiee with fixed term ISAs because the deposit/transfer window may have expired. It all depends on the T&Cs of the provider.
