I have just moved into a bungalow with a heat pump and mitsubishi controllers but not sure how to put the hearting on
Do i have to change the setting that reads +0 degrees to 20 degrees

No that would be the offset to the current heating curve.
The icon on the left suggests there is a heating schedule set but I couldn't tell you how to access it as I have no experience with Mitsubishi4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.0 -

As suggested above, there are plenty of videos and manuals on line to help you understand how to operate the controller.
Please dont randomly fiddle with the controls until you have some idea of what they do and, even then, note down the original setting so you can always go back if you don't get the result that you want.
If your heatpump has been commissioned correctly then you should only need minor adjustments otherwise you can severely degrade the system efficiency with random tweaking. Understanding what the controls do and how they affect the system is the key to getting an efficient and effective system.
Most people who are dissatisfied with heatpumps don't know how to use them properly and try to run them like a conventional boiler.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
