Absolutely nothing to dread. It’s a speculative invoice for something they’re not entitled to. Would you dread an invoice from a Nigerian Prince suggesting you owe him money?Nuggetz1 said:Hi Pennyunwise. I have just received a dreaded letter from APCOA for the same mishap at East Mids Airport rapid dropoff. My letter from them doesn't mention PFoA. Did they refer to that in yours or am I misunderstanding that's just part of a legal response to contest the charge. I have only just received the notice from them today 6 Jan however they've quoted an issue date for the letter of 31 Jan. The visit to rapid dropoff was made on 20 December. Is this a way for them to get round the 14 day window to notify me of the charge? Or are they just a bit slow? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Fair point! I would not. And the letter invites me to pay the charge. Good news in any case, appeal went in last night and the confirmation of the charge cancelled and no further action arrived this afternoon. I am so grateful to all on this forum for advice and support.Umkomaas said:

Very well done. APCOA, the easiest of the easy to cause to fold! 👍Nuggetz1 said:
