POPLA Decision

HI, I wish I had read this forum before. I have just had a failed POPLA decision. I parked my car in an unmarked bay, however the carpark is 50% unmarked and the use of cones are in place - its like an old building site. On the day I parked my car there was no cone indicating I couldn't park there. The photos that the parking company used as evidence showed no cone in photo 1 but by photo 6 a cone had appeared behind my vehicle, POPLA did not acknowledge that these photos where from the parking company. I at the time didn't (have the time) take photos of the numerous unmarked parking slots (I now have). The parking company on initial appeal "appreciate that circumstances like this do happen and on this occasion, we are willing to offer a settlement

payment of £15.00" which I refused on a matter of principal.The parking company also called me which I found threatening telling I should pay £15 they called it customer service. 

Also the NTK (nothing was posted on the screen) was over the two weeks which I know to be a thing. I really think this ticket is unfair but should I pay or fight on?

Post a suitably edited copy of the popla decision below 

Post a properly redacted picture of the NTK PCN letter below 

Was the driver outed in the 2 appeals  ?  Or not ?

Which PPC did that?

Show us those images as screenshots, making it obvious these are from their website.

And show the other things @Gr1pr asked to see, too.

Hi All - many thanks for any help. To address your questions.
1. Green Parking Ltd
2. Regarding whether driver outed - if in my original appeal if they asked whether I was driving (it was on- line appeal ) I can't remember I would have said yes. All my correspondence suggest it was me! 
3. NTK letter attached
4. POPLA decision attached 
5. Screen shots attached 
6. I have pictures to show areas of the car park where there are no bay markings but where cars park and the use of cones are in place.
