I don't even understand where your case is at, because you appear to have an N180 DQ document less than one month after the claim form date,  but my thoughts are that you follow the process  ( court is a long way off  )

You do not appear to have a CCJ, despite your posts and thread title saying so
  • Me neither! it so confusing! I guess ill just have to wait for letters that may come. I have emailed parkingeye to ask them what is happening and to make contact with me.
    Thank you for your help.

Login to MCOL and copy and paste your MCOL claim history below

Post a copy of your defence too

Who sent you the N180 DQ document   ? Parking Eye or the CNBC   ?  L9oks like it's Parking Eye

You are meant to follow the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad and wait for the CNBC in Northampton to post your own N180 DQ document
  • Sorry whats MCOL?
Yes Parking eye posted me the N180.

    Google things you dont know

MCOL is Money Claim On Line,  the civil Claim system for England and Wales,  issued by the CNBC in Northampton,  a one stop shop that sent you the N1SDT court claim pack in the post

Your paperwork should tell you how to login to MCOL,  via your government gateway account and using the claim reference number and password from the claim form you showed us

I am thinking that maybe you posted forms back to the CNBC in Northampton   ? Or possibly email,  but I think that you used snail mail

To be clear about this, I am backpedalling trying to understand what is real, what you have done, what Parking Eye or their lawyers have done and which stage you are at

Using incorrect terminology and not giving some facts upfront hasn't helped yet, but I think I have a rough idea now what happened and where it's at

The N9a form you sent back appears to be the Acknowledgement of Service form, not a defence form

Did you file a defence?  If yes,  copy and paste below

    Or

Did you admit to owing ALL of the claim   ?   Or part of the claim   ?   Or none of the claim  ?

Its clear to me that you do not have a CCJ , not yet anyway

I've already said this won't go to a hearing because you failed to defend. You were not risking a CCJ. You only had to defend and should have used our template defence.

You do not admit a private parking claim. Too late now.

I am so sorry: you messed up I'm afraid and as I advised, you have no choice but to make your offer on the phone at Court Mediation call stage.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
