CCJ/direction questionnaire

I received a letter for a CCJ that Parkingeye have asked for. I replied back with the form asking for a payment plan and a offer. Ive had no response from them but now received directions questionnaire.
What does that mean? Do I need to do anything? Will I now get a CCJ on my credit?

Seems to me that you received an MCOL claim fiom, not a CCJ letter
It would help if you attached properly redacted pictures1 -
This is what I have received.

I replied back with the form asking for a payment plan and a offer.Oh no. Eeek! Why? Please tell us you didn't. You failed to defend the claim if you didn't properly 'defend in full' (you should have used the Template Defence).
It sounds like you admitted the claim.
Game over, basically. You will have to use the Mediation call to make an offer because (from what you've told us) you partially admitted the claim and failed to defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But not by the volunteers on here
Had you come to us when the claim form arrived last month you would have been given the correct advice in defending the claim. That doesn't involve payment plans
What was the issue date on the claim form above ? 4th August ?1 -
I wasn't told by anyone it was on the instructions on the form, I admitted to the parking fine that's all as I do not want a CCJ
Yes the date was 4th August I was away until the 15th and replied to them that day.
I didn't know what to do I cannot get through to the courts on the phone and parkingeye to not have a contact number. I googled help with letters and MSE forum came so ive come on here for help and advise0 -

The CNBC wont help you through this, they are not allowed to provide advice
I accept why you are here now but it's possibly a scenario we rarely cover as volunteers, I definitely dont remember a similar case where the defendant did what you have done, it's as unfamiliar to me as to you
The thing I picked up on from the beginning was that you have a live court claim, not a CCJ, which is why I asked you for pictures2 -
Thanks Gr1pr. is there anything you would advise me to do next. Will I know when the court hearing is or have the option to appear?0
