PCN from Parking Eye from Holiday Inn Preston South - Company Car

We have also been fined for charging at this location 2 weeks ago, as mentioned above the red  signage doesn't show price and looks more like a branding sticker then a notice about the fine so can be easily missed.

On this occasion the driver coudn't leave the vehical while charging as they had a disabled passanger with them, even if they were aware of the requirment to register the vehical at reception it would have been a struggle to go and do it , reading above I can see the hotel managment is not going to cancel the charge so I am going to appeal to Parking eye.

Will the proof of charging at the tesla access point and proof of a blue badge will be enough to cancel the 'fine' ?
Parkingeye do cancel it in an ALDI  location in London I visit as a customer so can I offer that as proof that it should be applied here as well? 

Would prefer to  get this cancelled at appeal stage so looking for advise on what to write give n my circumstances.

Welcome to the forum @12b3; first of all, you need to start your own thread - even though you think it dovetails neatly into the post you hijacked, it gets confusing trying to deal with two or more posters on the same thread.  Secondly it is not a fine, you have received a speculative invoice.
