I am also unable to access the photos they took on the OPS website and when I put any of the PCN details in they are unable to find anything, even the thought of paying it draws a blank 😱2

Reply to their rejection letter asking them to confirm it has been cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
