OPS pcn

I am back looking for help with another one of these from OPS in Brighton. I was working as a community nurse doing my job and in a trust car with the logo on both sides of the car.  Carers badge in the window. The Bates estate in Brighton up at the back , nothing up there but housing. Visited the patient and when I came out a PCN. The patient. I was visiting said I could park in the space because no one used it. Alas it was patrolled this Sunday. Football, racing you name it all going on in Brighton, and no where to park.
Just considering if anyone would know who the land owner may be so I could try and plead my case.
Any help appreciated.

Signage looks appalling. I've seen planning permission notices on telegraph poles in bigger type.

The Bates Estate is BHCC owned which you can tell from that sign (see the logo).

Have you only got a windscreen PCN so far?

Are you the registered keeper of the vehicle?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It was a window screen ticket, small from a ticket machine style .
Sadly I am not the registered keeper because I was in a trust car. Signage on both sides of the car. They have taken lots of photos which are on the website for me to see. The trust will pay the fine and then take it from my wages.
Any idea how and who to contact at BHCc

The OPS BHCC contract says that PCNs should not be issued to doctors, nurses or health visitors displaying a badge.

This is the same section of their template landowner contract, which I think you used in a previous appeal about an OPS PCN.

Ooh good spot. Forgot about that!

Well I am sure you will all be surprised but the appeal to OPS didn’t work . 🙃

OK, now do an IAS appeal attaching the evidence provided by my friend @ParkingMad. She can provide you with the full landowner contract.

Don't forget to try IAS with your evidence of the full BHCC contract including a close-up of clause 11 'WHEN PCNs WILL NOT BE ISSUED' plus a photo of the car with logos and the permit.

Let's see the 'decision' in the end; and no paying even if you lose. You'll never pay this.
