1pMobile have taken £10 when I had a £14 balance
I had a balance of just over £14 and it came time to pay for my £8 monthly boost, which auto renews.
Given that I have auto topup set to work when my balance goes below £2, I assumed they'd take the £8 and I'd have £6 left as my balance, but they've taken £10 via my payment method so I'll now have a balance of £16.
I'm wondering what will happen in a month - will they take another £10? It's not the end of the world as it'll probably work out ok in the end but I can't help wondering if they do this to all their customers, as if they do they'll end up with a lot of money in their account that should be in those of their customers!

Yes, same here. For some reason 1p auto collect even though there is plenty in the “pot”.
They are less easy to manage packages compared to GiffGaff, which my OH uses. On the plus side they have more 5G coverage, a larger EU roaming allowance, and include the Channel Is and Isle of Man. We travel to Europe and the Channel Is several times a year, so the extra roaming facilities make them a clear winner for me.
Swings and roundabouts, as to which are the better of several networks which don’t involve lengthy contracts.0
