Thanks for this. I have now used the contact form on the website to contact them as well as emailing them directly. I'll be lucky if I get a customer reference number. I don't remember their customer service ever being that good.0

If you have the regular sim,where your sim is supplied by NOW mobile, i recomend you use NOW mobile live chat.
They sort any problems you may have with RWG very quickly.
Much better than RWG themselves2
