N24 Received From County Court

Can someone please explain the wording on this form to me?
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1) The Claimant by 4PM 22nd September 2025 file and serve a reply to the Defence dated ..........
( A reply is NOT a witness statement)
2) The Court has made this Order on its own initiative without hearing the parties or giving them the opportunity to make representations.
Any party affected by this Order may apply to have it set aside, varied or stayed provided that such an application together with the appropriate fee is made not more than 7 days after the date of service of this Order. Such application should be made to the Judge who made this Order.
***Bizarely I have received an Email this morning stating "without prejudice save as to costs" from £297.64 to an agreeable £100. Then this N24 came in post at lunch time****

Clearly the court requires the claimant or their lawyers to put in a legal response that addresses what was in the defence you put in ( you are the defendant )
You can post redacted pictures of the form so the advice could be improved
Which parking company ? Which legal company ?1 -

OK, the defendant is not mentioned at all so nothing for you to do at the moment, it's all on them
You received a copy to keep you informed
Ignore the settlement pleas by DCB Legal, they will have to do some work in order to satisfy the court
Courts seem to be pushing back on badly pleaded shoddy claims, plus giving WS dates long before giving out hearing dates, so it's put up or shut up3 -

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY. Just days to go.
