I see I cannot transfer a payment I had from PayPal to my linked bank account. And received an email from PayPal saying my bank account has been disabled for use from PayPal for security reasons! A similar glitch occurred last week but without the email. I was able to transfer the money a day or so later. Is there something more serious going on as I see from other threads about a data breach with PayPal.
