Smart Parking Court Letter

Hi, I have had a letter from the County Court saying that Smart Parking are taking me to Court regarding a parking charge notice back in 2020.
I received a 'Letter Before Claim' a few years ago and asked them for all of the evidence to which they did not reply (I can't remember if I had letters before that, but I know I replied to the 'Letter Before 'Claim'.
I was supposed to have overstayed my time but there was no signage (as far as I could see), no pay meter and the time they said I had been parked was TOTALLY untrue.
5 years later, I've now had several more letters (which I have ignored) and today I have received a Court Letter.
Can anyone help please as I am rather worried.
Many thanks

Definitely not from a county court, it's from the CNBC in Northampton, a government office
No need to be worried, just read a dozen recent Smart Parking DCB Legal cases within the last 4 weeks on here
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below and also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first2 -

The claim will be discontinued as long as you follow our advice. Defending is easier than appealing would have been.
"the time they said I had been parked was TOTALLY untrue."Sounds like two visits read as one? Search the forum for double dip defence.

I've only ever parked there once. It is the shop front of a Chinese takeaway so no payment machine and no signs as far as I can see - but it was 5 years ago.
There was definitely no pay machine there in 2020 though1
