Have now received notification that the case has been passed to my local court. Hopefully dcb legal will drop my case before it ever comes before the court.

    Hi

    Finally some good news.

I received a date for court two weeks ago. It was for the first week of May 2026. So that was quick. I did think it might take months before I received the actual date for court.

Then last week I received from dcb legal an email stating - send them £60 and they would close the matter. Needless to say I ignored that request.

Then two days ago I received another email from dcb legal telling me the matter was closed. No further action. The court had been informed and attached was my copy of the Claimants N279 Notice of Discontinuance for my records.

Finally the matter has been closed.

Thank you all for you help.
