Sky Fibre renewal - slightly complicated due to moving

My contract for Sky Broadband Ultrafast Plus (500Mbps) is ending in a few weeks, I am currently paying £36 and the renewal email is 'offering' £43/month for 24 months. I called Sky and they offered £33/month with a £20 admin fee which they wouldn't budge on (even as an account credit).
As a new customer, Vodafone will cost £25 per month (including the reward) for a 24 month term.
I have also calculated the Virgin Media deals (which I swore never to use - but it will be relevant in my dilemma) and it is £26/month.
The complication is that I am planning to move in the next 6-8 months and there is no Openreach FTTP in the area we are looking at. It will be available "next year" according to Openreach but I am keeping my expectations low.
Virgin Media is currently available in that area, so if I were to sign up now it should be possible to move the services to a new address.
Therefore my options are:

Therefore my options are:
- Take up the Sky renewal at £33 for 24 months. When we move there may be a period of lower speeds (~70Mbps). At the annual price increase in April 2026(?), ditch Sky without penalty and move to an altnet provider like Hey/Toob (or even stay with Sky if they have FTTP in that area by then)
- Sign up with Vodafone at £25 for 24 months. When we move, we are stuck with a lower speed (~70Mbps) until the term ends.
- Sign up with Virgin at £26. When we move, we keep the same product/speed/term.
Questions:
- Is the £33 price offered by Sky the best I can expect? What have others been able to get?
- Any flaws in my options?
Thanks
