Private Parking charge Notice

I am appealing the charge, obviously, but wanted to get some advise on here before I submit the appeal online.
Just to give a bit of a back story to the situation. On the specific day we entered the single file drive towards the parking, where I believe(from reading through the forums, is where the ANPR is situated, had no idea there was one.)
We never actually "parked" for any given time, was driving around and around the car park hoping for a space to open up, it never did so we decided to leave. When we wanted to leave a coach came driving down the single file traffic lane which meant no other cars could pass to exit or enter. The coach refused to reverse back up the drive so we were stuck. The bus offloaded the passengers and then indicated it needs to drive in to be able to turn around. Us, and multiple other cars had to reverse and find any little space to allow the bus to squeeze through. this all took a good 10 to 15min.
So from the time of entering, circling the car park and eventually being able to exit was 20min.
I have now received a parking charge when i never actually parked in any parking space within this car park for any given time, never even got out the car.
i just want to be sure I appeal this PCN the correct way with Initial parking. Do I just appeal on there online portal with the exact template on the newbies section as below?
"I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."
Do I just submit it exactly as above without making any alterations?
Sorry, its the first time I have to do this so I just want to be sure I do it correctly?
Thank you in advace

Just add that the driver was unable to find any free parking spaces and decided to leave promptly but was prevented from doing so due to a coach blocking the exit whilst unloading, so no parking contract was entered into by the driver
Bear in mind that Initial Parking will probably reject the appeal, so dont expect a cancellation at this early stage1 -

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
I'm sure you'll have a view!
