QDR Solicitors & their emails

Hello all
I have been going through the stages of being passed through the weird DCA/Solicitor funnel from Smart Parking in relation to a ticket (which was paid for) back in 2020. I'd sat in their car park for 42 minutes while we waited for the queue to die down at the machine, only to come to find that the registration number couldn't be entered properly because the machine wouldn't accept it (hence the long queue). The passenger paid for the ticket (which I have evidence of) but I still decided to drive down the road and park elsewhere instead.
I've so far been through ZZPS, GCTT, and now QDR - however, QDR are not sending postal letters and are intead sending emails requiring that I log into their systems. Their emails are going to spam and I'm taking no notice of them, primarily because accessing their system would show them I am aware of their emails.
My question:
How likely is it that they'd send an LBC/LBA via their system rather than via the postal service?
I'm asking this today because they're ramping up their emails to the point where I got no emails for a couple of weeks, and then one yesterday and another today.
Ignore the fact the link looks like it was followed, that's just the link protection and not the actual link to whatever their system is.

A formal Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice and including financial forms has to come in the post, not by email or text etc
Ignore anything that is not a formal Letter of Claim or a court claim against you, either of which come in the post4 -
QDR aren't sending those. ZZPS are.
Ignore those and await the DCB Legal LBC and claim which is when these Smart Parking cases eventually die (discontinued before hearings) after a person defends.
While your case is quiet, before the end of next week please please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline.See this thread: -
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance on that thread. I have covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please. You are bound to have a strong opinion!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
