I challenged myself to sell enough for a little Christmas weekend break by declutterring our house in the summer and selling on Vinted. I am blown away with what I have achieved, I made £821!! so now I am challenging myself to beat that in September - anyone up for joining me. its more motivating when you're not doing it on your own.

Vinted has never really worked for me. Perhaps I should try again? No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -
I've sold a second item and have packaged both items up in mailing bags I already had and turned inside out. I also double bagged them and will drop them off at our local shop, that luckily takes Evri & inpost parcels, today.0

I’ve sold lots on Vinted in the past but found it had gone quiet for me lately so I’ve just spent the last week listing on eBay. Hope you don’t mind if I still join in?

If Vinted has gone quiet for you then it's worth deleting older listings and redoing them with new photos. be careful of the rules around not relisting items- hence new photos and perhaps change a word or two in title.isabelle1903 said:I’ve sold lots on Vinted in the past but found it had gone quiet for me lately so I’ve just spent the last week listing on eBay. Once something has been on Vinted for a while it barely gets seen and even if you search for that specific item it is often well down the page for views. Their algorithms are very tight on showing only newly listed items.
It's also worth trying to list nearly every day- as if someone looks at something new that you have listed and then goes into your wardrobe to see if you offer bundle discounts- they can then see your entire wardrobe regardless of when it was listed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Great tip about listing everyday. I've been listing a few items everyday so I don't get overwhelmed. A happy coincidence
