I couldn’t get to my address to receive letters and now the charge is in debt recovery. I called to dispute but I was told I no longer have recourse to complain. I’m just wondering the likelihood that this will go to court and if so, the best way to approach it. I was only there for 4 mins, I literally drove in and out and didn’t see any signs or barriers to pay.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
