But don't install the cable for the EV charger, it will always be the wrong spec. Install conduit with a draw wire so the correct cable can be pulled through when installing.

Is the gas meter not to close to the electricity meter thought it should be a minimum of a 1M

Needs to be separation of at least 150mm unless non combustible partition between them. Looks like that is achieved.
