I wanted to say the  mistake was on my part as everyone had tried to help.  Yes appropriate user name but then we are all growing old and can miss things at time.  When I contacted Santander they  too missed one of the transactions until I pointed it out after saying it was resolved. Thank you everyone once again.

Thanks for the update. Many when making a mistake will not be seen again. So big 👍for the honesty. Glad it is sorted.
