Following initial consultation today. I have been informed that only the first drawdown would be 25% tax free ?Either they have misinterpreted what you have requested or the product cannot handle mixed crystallised and uncrystallised funds.I have included a snap shot of the paperwork, to me it states each lump sum would be 25% tax free. Have i read this wrong ?Is the paperwork they sent you generic or personalised?
i.e. is it showing the options available to you or is it showing the options available on the product you hold?
The two things are not the same. Older products tend not to offer all the options and may need transferring to a modern plan if you want an option that the older product cannot offer.
